Director of Design - EMEA
Leading, coaching, and developing three teams of creatives at Vidsy, a creative tech platform linking global businesses with over 10,000 creators. Creating and developing marketing for some of the largest global brands in the world. Guiding and implementing large-scale business transformation projects to achieve increased throughput and creative excellence.
- Implemented a new OKR and Coaching Framework into the business to help progress the team and unlock their full potential.

Studio Manager
In-housed and established a full marketing, production and motion studio at Asda within the Social & Digital team. Starting from scratch, I hired and implemented a new team and embedded comprehensive creative processes within the organisation. I was responsible for planning, developing and creating marketing content for digital and social channels to engage customers to drive sales online and in-store.
- Set up a high-performing production and design team of six creatives and established relationships with external freelance creatives, agencies, publishers, and platforms (including THG, Havas, The Mill, Spark, and TikTok).
- Developed, planned and created national, local, and partnership marketing campaigns including the launch of the Asda Rewards App, Just Essentials, Gino D'acampo and Elf Christmas campaign.
- Coached and developed a team, instilling a creative culture within a large organization.
- Managed a large network of internal stakeholders from various departments within the business ranging from senior leadership, finance, legal. commercial & product and online.
- Launched and grew Asda's TikTok social channel, analyzing performance data to consistently expand influence and reach.
- Managed a budget of £250,000 allocated for agency services, production, freelance support, equipment, and technology.
